I recently spent four nights at Boundary Shoreditch. The location is absolutely buzzing, surrounded by very nice restaurants and bars, plus it’s a quick walk to the tube. However, the sound insulation was a bit lacking, and I could hear the street noise at night. The room was charming but showed signs of wear and needed some refurbishing, especially for the price I paid.
Rooms
6.0
The room had a unique design but was in need of maintenance, with stained carpets and worn furniture. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, but overall it could benefit from redecoration.
Service

The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, but I had a few issues with responsiveness when trying to reach reception from my room.

6.0/10
My stay at Boundary Shoreditch was enjoyable, marked by friendly staff and a trendy atmosphere, though I did encounter a few drawbacks, particularly with the room's practicality and certain minor maintenance issues. The overall ambiance was inviting, but I felt that some areas needed a bit of attention and refurbishment. especially at the price point. I'd consider returning, but with some reservations about room functionality.
Rooms
6.0
The design of the duplex room I stayed in was stylish, but it lacked practicality. like the frayed rattan furniture and the rotting bathroom wood paneling. The unusual setup, with the bathroom upstairs, made it less user-friendly and the shower height was a bit of a struggle for my husband. Overall, while the room was clean and well-presented, it could really benefit from a refurbishment.
